The Rocky Mountain Conference Staff is a very
helpful resource for churches facing a change in Pastoral leadership. As soon as a congregation becomes aware of a pastors departure for any reason the Moderator, Pastor, and/or Member of the congregation should contact the Conference Minister. The Conference Staff will assist you with:

• Securing Interim Pastoral leadership.
• Guidance on forming a Search Committee
• Assistance with the work of a Search Committee
• Recruiting qualified candidates.
• Preparing the congregation for a new minister.
