In order to be better stewards of God’s creation, we at the RMCUCC office are looking at ways to reduce the amount of waste we produce. One change we have decided to implement is to cut back on paper mailings as much as possible, and shift to electronic mail (email).

We are requesting that you download the Reflections, the Parish Paper,
and the Outdoor Ministries Schedules from our website.
This one change will help us save over 15 reams of paper and 960 envelopes each year!

There are additional benefits to be obtained as a result of this change. You will be getting these publications and other information in a more timely manner. You will no longer need to wait to see what comes in the mail. The information will be immediately available through our website www.rmcucc.org. We’ll also be saving money. The postage savings alone will be over $1000.00 a year. We believe there are better ways in which that money can aid in our ministry. 

We will not be mailing hard copies of these items anymore,
unless specifically requested by your church.
Please contact the Conference office if you wish to continue receiving these via USPS.
If your church has email access, but is not currently receiving emails from the Rocky Mountain Conference office, please contact me ASAP with your correct email address.

The Reflections & The Parish Paper will be posted on our website the Tuesday prior to the first Sunday of each month. For example, April Reflections & Parish Paper will be posted on April 1; May’s editions will be posted on April 29, and so forth. We will email the church office a reminder when these items have been posted. All you will need to do is go online to www.rmcucc.org, and download these items:

Reflections is available by clicking the image on our homepage. It will automatically open the file, and you can print it.

The Parish Paper will be available by clicking on the words “The Parish Paper.” (The Parish Paper copyright terms have recently changed to allow us to do this.) It will automatically open the file, and you can print it.

Outdoor Ministries Schedules are available on the Camps Pages & on the Conference Calendar at all times. On our homepage, you will see a heading labeled “Calendar.” Below it, click on “Meetings, retreats, workshops and more” for a listing of all events. From that list, you can click an event to see the full description. Or go directly to “Camps” from the top menu bar. The monthly email will help remind you of upcoming deadlines.
