"The Parish Paper" Copyright
Our organization’s subscription to The Parish Paper gives you copyright permission to share with your clergy, staff, lay leadership, and members—for local use—in any or all of the following ways: E-mail, U.S. Mail, enclosing or reprinting in your newsletter, distribution at your meetings or training events, and posting on your Website.
If you mail photocopies with your newsletter or other mailings—using your U.S. Post Office Nonprofit Mailing Permit—most local Post Offices require that every item carry your organization’s name and address. Above The Parish Paper masthead, type your congregation’s name, address, and “Photocopied by Permission.”
Update 2/21/08
Parish Paper policy improvement for judicatory, seminary, and educational institution subscribers:
If an organizational subscriber posts The Parish Paper issues on its Website, it is now NOT required to use the password-protected section of its Website.
Why this change in policy? We have learned that many judicatory subscribers print The Parish Paper issues in their monthly newsletters—then, they post that same newsletter on their Website. Eliminating our “password-protected section restriction” makes that process more user-friendly.
