Paul Nickerson is an ordained United Church of Christ pastor of 25 years. Paul has served congregations in Connecticut and Massachusetts and has consulted with congregations for 14 years. Paul currently serves on staff at the Massachusetts Conference, UCC, and specializes in helping turnaround congregations and new church starts. Paul has been thoroughly trained in mission assessment tools, visioning, vital congregational life and new church start pastor assessment. Rev. Nickerson is currently consulting with local congregations and middle judicatories around the country.
