GREEN Reminder!

As you have been hearing for some time now, the Rocky Mountain Conference of the United Church of Christ has committed to being better stewards of God's creation, by being less wasteful, and more environmentally responsible. As we strive to attain this goal, we are reducing our paper use. That's why you are obtaining all the Annual Meeting information via this website, instead of by mail.

We're asking you to join us in the effort as we prepare for our 35th Annual Meeting in Boulder this June. Here are some things you can do:

Bring your own reusable water bottle & thermal coffee mug. Reusing what you already have will greatly reduce the waste produced at this event.

Use designated Recycling Bins during the event. Look for the appropriatly labeled container before you discard paper, cans, or plastic.

Carpool to Annual Meeting. Ask your church office who else is attending, and contact them directly.

Print only the pages you really need from this website. These reports are online for your information, and will be projected onto a screen when we are discussing them.The ONLY document which we will be printing for you is the 2010 Budget. If you do feel it is necessary to have anything else on hard copy, you must print your own copy and bring it with you to the Annual Meeting.
