Conference grants

Rocky Mountain Conference has received gifts for specific designated purposes that are held in trust by the Conference. Some of these gifts provide for grants that can be accessed by the churches of the Rocky Mountain Conference.

Grant proposals will be reviewed and considered by the Conference Board of Directors.

Grants for Continuing Education and Bi-Vocational Ministry and Licensed Ministry Training
Grants, made possible through the Helen and Richard Brown Endowment Fund,
provide opportunities for persons ordained, licensed and commissioned, to
participate in training and continuing education experiences that enhance skills
and increase ability to do effective ministry.

Scholarship program

The Conference also provides a yearly award to a college undergraduate, graduate or seminary student at the annual meeting. The amount of the scholarship given for the academic year 2010-2011 will be $1,800.00 to one student, $900 per semester.Applicants must be members of a RMC church and have completed at least one year of higher education. In order to continue offering this scholarship we need to attract scholarship funds. Should you know of anyone who would like to make a contribution, please have them send the gift to the Rocky Mountain Conference Scholarship Fund at the Conference Office.
